Terms and conditions of use

Products

1.1  All products may change subject to availability. Unless stated 24 hours before.

1.2  Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

1.3  If for any reason we can not deliver the item ordered, we shall notify you as soon as possible.

1.4  A small card is attached to the flowers of which you can leave your own message. If no card message is required please state no message.

1.5  All products on this website are available to be delivered to Crewe and surrounding areas such as: Nantwich, Stapley, Wynbury, Wychwood, Weston, Willaston, Wistaston, Shavington, Hough, Minshull Vernon, Church Minshull, Leighton, Warmingham, Sandbach, Wheelock, Winterley and Haslington.

1.6  When a product is ordered, you will receive an email to state the order has been received, this does not mean the flowers have been delivered.

Prices

2.1 Prices are stated on the website. If for any reason you would like to change the price of the product please leave a message within the specialist instructions box at the checkout.

 

Order/Payment

 3.1 We accept payment for all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

3.2 During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide personal information; this information will not be passed on to anybody else.

3.3 By ordering over the telephone, these terms and conditions still apply.

 

Delivery

 4.1 We will deliver products to Crewe and surrounding areas such as: Nantwich, Stapley, Wynbury, Wychwood, Weston, Willaston, Wistaston, Shavington, Hough, Minshull Vernon,

Church Minshull, Leighton, Warmingham, Sandbach, Wheelock, Winterley and Haslington.

4.2 Orders will be delivered once. If for any reason the recipient is not available the order will be left with a neighbour and a delivery card will be posted through the recipient’s door. If a neighbour is not available to take the product, the product will be brought back to the shop and redelivered at a later time.

4.3 Please ensure that you provide us with a full delivery address, so we can ensure the products are delivered to the correct address.

4.4 If for any reason the product needs to be delivered by a certain time, please leave a message in the specialist information box at the checkout.

4.5 We do not deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holidays if we receive an order for these days, the product will be delivered the next working day.

 

Cancellation

5.1 In order to request cancellation, please contact the shop telephone 01270 584596 and management will decide on the cancellation. This is due to a product being prepared in advance.
